Will I Still Need the SR22 Insurance If I Move Out Of State?

If you relocate to another state you will still be required to have the sr22 in place by California DMV. You will need to find a company that can issue a sr22 for the state of  California. If you fail to do this California will report your suspension to the national database. The state you move too will not issue you a drivers license until you have filed the sr22 with California and reinstated the license.
