What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect information about you to be able to quote you with the different insurance companies we represent and to service your policy if you purchase insurance through our agency. This is called Nonpublic Personal Information if it identifies you and is not available to the public. We collect from the following the following sources
Your Application: from information that you have voluntarily provided to receive a quote for your insurance needs.
Consumer Reports: We receive NPI from reporting agencies that include driving record and claims history with other insurers.
Transactions: Includes your insurance coverage’s, limits and rates and information that is required for billing and payments.
We do not allow comments on this site.
We do not allow public uploads or access to our media uploads.
When submitting a contact form we ask for your name, phone number and email so we can contact you. The data is sent direct to us and is not saved online. When submitting a quote form we ask for your age, driving record, vehicle info and garaging address along with your email address and phone number in order to obtain insurance rates from the different insurance companies we represent.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
We share your data with insurance companies we represent to be able to obtain insurance rates on your behalf.
We retain your quote data for 90 days unless you purchase a policy then it is saved for 5 years after policy cancels per Department of Insurance regulations.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
